  1. I reserve the right to decline requests made of me for any reason.

  2. Prices are non-negotiable & non-refundable unless I can no longer fulfill your request, in which case I'll refund an amount that reflects what I didn't do.

  3. Do not modify, sell, claim my art as your own, or remove/edit my signature. Do not use my art in any NFT-related endeavors.

  4. I do not consent to my art being used for AI art programs.

  5. I hold copyright to all art I produce.

✦ PROCESS

  1. Use the form in #commission. Make a copy of it, fill it out, then send it to me. If you use Google Docs (which I prefer) please enable link sharing!

  2. I operate on the 50/50 payment process. This means you make two payments total: once before I begin drawing, and once when I send you the final image. For the first payment, pay 50% of the total price to @callaneart on Venmo (preferred). I also accept Paypal. However, an additional 4% fee will apply, as Paypal charges a high transaction fee.

  3. Once payment is received, I'll send you 3 different sketches of a potential pose; you select one. If you want any changes to that pose, I'll change it up to 2 times.

  4. Once a pose is approved, I will make no further changes, and it becomes the pose for the commission.

  5. After completion, I will show you the final piece. This image will be low resolution to discourage theft. At this point, pay the remainder of the commission price.

  6. Once payment is confirmed, I will email you the final product in a .zip file to preserve image quality. These files will be clean with no watermarks and use 300dpi. Please note I may post your commission to social media at a lower resolution. Additional pricing will apply if you don't wish it to be posted.

CHANGE POLICY
You may ask for minor edits (color, texture, etc.) up to 5 times without extra charge. However, I will refuse major changes (posing, outfits, background, etc), unless I made a mistake as an artist in reading your commission form.I will not include new details not written in your original form, so please make sure you have everything in your form before I start drawing! This is mostly to prevent from the situation where I end up redrawing the art over and over. (This excludes details I request for accuracy during the drawing process.)ORDER TIME
On average, one commission takes me 1-2 months to complete. It may take longer or shorter depending on queue and complexity. If you need yours by a deadline, please talk to me. In the event it's doable for me, we'll figure out additional pricing.

  • Extreme gore (blood is fine)

  • Mecha/robots (ok if simple; ask)

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Suggestive content of minors

  • Hate speech, etc.

*If anything is not listed and you are unsure, feel free to ask. In most cases, I am willing to try.**I normally draw humanoids in full proportions, so my forms assume the same. If your character isn't humanoid, fill out the form to the best of your ability and ask me when you run into problems. Pricing may differ (chibis are usually priced lower, for example).
